A training on “Procurement and Contracts Management (World Bank Project)” was conducted in 2nd Floor Conference Hall of O/o the E.I.C.(Civil), Odisha,Nirman Soudha,Bhubaneswar from 31st January 2012 to 2nd February 2012. The workshop was inaugurated by Er. S.K. Ray , EIC-cum-Secretary , Works Department,Government of Odisha. PMU officials, representatives / participants from Finance Department and Works Department,Govt. of Odisha participated in the training.Mr. Yash Gupta, Procurement Specialist, The World Bank described about the procurement aspect, while Mr Narayan D Sharma,Engineer-Advocate(Member,SC Bar Association,Nepal) narrated about the project management aspect of the trainning.
