Internal OPWD Code and Manual Revision Committee has been Constituted by E.I.C.( Civil), Odisha to look after the draft codes and manual as proposed by the RSID Consultant, M/s ICTPL- GT-APL . The following members shall periodically review the draft OPWD codes and Manual of the Consultant’s deliverables clause-wise which shall be in conformity with Central and other State’s PWD codes and Manual. 1.
