Road Improvement Component  

Orissa state Road Project involves the improvement of roads in different modes of Investments.
Public Investment In this component the Government will borrow directly from the World Bank for the cost of the Project.

Public-Private Partnership
In this component the Government will invite potential Private Entrepreneurs to invest in developing the Projects. However, the cost of preliminary studies and other statutory expenses shall be borne by the Government.
